Corro-Wrap, a fiberglass
/ carbon fiber cloth impregnated with a water activated urethane
resin, is used as a protective outer wrap in conjunction with
Corro-Dur 561/Corro-Fix 911 proprietary load transfer agents.
Corro-wrap is an innovative system that offers exceptional mechanical
and impact strength for under water, under ground and above ground
corrosion protection coating application and pipeline / riser
rehabilitation. Wall loss due to external corrosion can be rebuilt
with high performance epoxy system like Corro-Fix 911 and Corro-Dur
561 further strengthen with Corro-Wrap.

Corro-Dur 561/Corro-Fix 911 has a complete cross-linking during
the curing process which allows superior adhesion, low permeability
and ability to withstand long term constant submersion without
blistering or peeling.

A highly modified “5-minute”
type repair compound reinforced with Kevlar micro fibers and formulated
for strength and versatility under adverse condition.
CORRO-DUR 561
A high
build version of 258 to withstand heavy abrasion, chemical attack above
or below water over a wide range of substrates to a maximum temperature
resistance of dry 120 ° C /
wet 70 ° C.
CORRO-DUR 561SW A cost
effective version of CD 561 with a longer pot life and is highly recommended
for sea water exposure but will not resist highly aggressive chemicals
lower than pH 4.
CORRO-DUR 561HT
A high temperature version of Corro-Dur 561, with exposure to
dry heat at 200 ° C and wet heat to
a maximum of 140 ° C.

A high temperature version of Corro-Dur 258, with exposure to
dry heat at 200 ° C and wet heat to
a maximum of 140 ° C.
